Grandpa Bergh was seldom seen without a coffee cup in his hand. Usually the cup contained coffee, but oftentimes it held a dram of his favorite coffee liqueur instead. This spirit is a toast to him and the spirit upon which Calwise was founded: an embrace of ingenuity, resourcefulness, and not taking life too seriously. Enjoy it on its own, bake with it, or make Grandpa Bergh’s favorite cocktail – a White Russian.
