Big Sur Gin - 7th Anniversary

Our classic Big Sur Gin has been aged in our Solera barrel system for seven years. Each year we only bottle half of the spirit in the barrel. We transfer the remainder to another barrel, top it off with unaged fresh gin, and then continue aging. As this program progresses, the average age will increase. When the gin is barrel aged, the peaks and valleys are rounded out and blended together to create one synchronized symphony of flavor. This year’s batch was finished in the barrel we aged our first 3-Year Single Malt Whiskey in.

Barrel Reserve Orange Liqueur

750mL /40% alc. by vol.
 
Tasting Notes: Orange peel, Vanilla, Oak, Caramel, Baking spice
 
Distilled from brandy and fresh local oranges then sweetened with sugarcane. Aged in bourbon barrels for half a year.

Hazard Reef Dark Rum

Our Aged Rum is distilled in small batches from U.S.-grown molasses and carefully aged using the solera method. It’s a curious concoction that adds an exotic touch of magic to tropical cocktails.
