Like the Anniversary Big Sur Gin, this molasses-based rum has been aged in our solera barrel system for six years. Each year the remaining spirit is transferred to a different barrel. This year it was aged in a bourbon maple syrup barrel. As the years go by, this rum gets richer, smoother, and deeper. We think you’d be pretty hard-pressed to find a single U.S.-made rum on the market that is better than our Anniversary Rum!
