Join us for our first-ever bottle-your-own whiskey event: Bourbon & Burgers

Here's what we have planned for you

Distillery Tour: Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery with Aaron to learn how we make whiskey at Calwise Spirits Co.

Barrel tasting: Try your hand at barrel thieving as you extract a sample from each barrel to taste

Bottle-your-own: Pick the whiskey you like best and fill your own bottle directly from the barrel

Burgers & Cocktails: Enjoy a burger with a fresh cocktail from the Calwise bar

Bourbon & Burgers is a series of events that will deep-dive into the world of whiskey. Whether you're a seasoned whiskey aficionado who wants to try it all or a novice looking to expand your knowledge, you don't want to miss this. This first Bourbon & Burgers event will focus on yeast. The two bourbons you'll try were made from the same grain bill, distilled the same way, and aged in the same type of barrel for over 3 years in the same spot in the distillery - the only difference is the yeast that was used to ferment the grain. It's a great opportunity to taste how yeast influences the flavor of whiskey. This is an exclusive opportunity to taste the separate batches before they're blended together.

Are you unable to attend the event but still want to taste the experience? We'll ship you two bottles right to your door along with written notes about each one. Order here.
