Here's what we have planned for you

Distillery Tour: Take a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery with Aaron to learn how we make whiskey at Calwise Spirits Co.

Barrel tasting: Try your hand at barrel thieving as you extract a sample from each barrel to taste

Bottle-your-own: Pick the whiskey you like the best and fill your own bottle directly from the barrel

Burgers & Cocktails: Enjoy an artisan burger from Primal House with a fresh cocktail from the Calwise bar

Bourbon & Burgers is a series of events that will take a deep-dive into the world of whiskey. Whether you're a seasoned whiskey aficionado who wants to try it all or a novice looking to expand your knowledge, you don't want to miss this. Our second Bourbon & Burgers event will explore the different grains used to make bourbon whiskey. You'll get to try two different bourbons straight from the barrel: one high-wheat bourbon and one high-rye bourbon. It's a great opportunity to taste how different grains affect the flavor of bourbon.
